put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.

8 z0 f% J' H' B) P' v9 w) rthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
