shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

7 M6 W( k% h* l$ eplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. . ^- S6 J3 e. z4 K. p' F7 E
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
1 M& Q/ m" C% U+ K! m+ C& Rthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
