It is very easy!

put the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
2 K9 A: A' a# a2 q, y. Qplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.

then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.8 X) I8 x; h, D* \, ~6 V
