S* G/ r( a @" D# LThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (Feb. 17 - 22).

8 Q7 ~3 B5 t( B1 F. V6 VHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.( q+ Q0 f1 S: j2 s8 Z0 _4 D3 P- E! J
6 T( T4 _, K6 B& K9 }. APrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)# U4 |# a+ f8 _( _

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.) & ^8 p$ c6 x9 O/ e$ \, n& m
= Children under 5 years old are Free

This price includes: P5 f" P) D; ]
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.

- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
