Dead car? Block heater and Synthetic Oil

there are a few kinds of BH that help cars start from extreme cold weather,
4 `- T& D6 |& v% W8 l- b8 k/ i- [basically ,  BH keep the car warm by heating up the oil pan-which keeps the engine oil from frozen, or by heating up the coolant/radiator, and keep the engine block warm.
