$ Q0 c4 \" ?. f q- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
& Z7 c/ s. b; v( X, W" o& N- reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team. r) X* T5 L+ E( A2 v
2 N6 Y2 P5 Z1 Z4 x% K1 S0 g: EQualifications:3 m2 u; _$ s- {6 h4 Y9 g; i
- post secondary diploma ; P# s, [' A& `& F7 e% Y5 a
- customer service and office clerical experiences
$ n5 N$ {2 t+ }% J+ _ G( }" S1 h- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services/ @7 {- E: Y0 w
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services$ j( A6 e1 S" M4 O9 S5 V' N
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies& J% |8 k5 j1 `8 p
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members' ?" L8 p0 X/ I, n5 u9 [
- update ASSIST website1 a" N( W" h' U9 l2 m
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre! G8 {: r- s) v( Q7 x8 m2 g# b
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services
0 H" r0 t: T8 ^! v% Z8 k0 u- assist in writing proposal for ISP1 t) ? \9 c2 K# o
- write quarterly and final reports for ISP
# }8 S, q! J5 z* H: o1 O1 F# ?8 ]- hold regular meetings with ISP team

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education . X) [1 t3 ^' @+ A
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
+ a) P" \1 v# ?7 W- z8 U) S* F- experience in community work and immigrant services4 m/ V! Q8 @: d
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
