For long term renting (at least four months long), the sharing is as follows. We split the costs of Power and Internet; if you take the large room where two persons can stay, you pay $300 for one person only and $330 for a couple; if you take the small one, $565/2. For short term, one person pays 330 including rent, Power, and Internet; a couple pays 360. NO deposit.
