Are you an immigrant woman who:
5 @, V8 d. m  s9 V0 Y5 u
9 g3 j1 J2 K# P; E-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
8 m. o6 C- h& w& D! z' n" T. s-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
# k- M8 [4 u7 l6 G+ E1 Z% H3 H* POpportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
Information about community agencies and services.
& A5 U( z, `6 UInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
