Are you an immigrant woman who:
6 x- t* e/ A$ V7 L2 e
, x+ K9 |+ b3 S! g-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
! c$ g7 H8 y. ^+ I-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?
& G$ J5 X' [3 I) ?* ]
If the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
Information about community agencies and services.
# i+ P# ]9 j1 v& U" nInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
. Z; o0 ]! l  l) v$ W: _Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
