Duties
/ W" \6 ?3 {3 c3 S3 |6 d: x- xWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
( U3 V6 e5 D2 D' C: `: ?Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support5 }( g8 u) U1 S. r
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
, \) E6 O; R3 w: GEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
) B8 n' ]+ \0 |( P- D3 U+ {, c2 pDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP6 J0 w- N4 n4 k" L0 k. ?
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS5 L5 |, }( V. N z. N

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program" i' h V- n4 p/ Q" }
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer; P9 F# \ q0 S: J9 C/ |3 a
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
( {) x6 C& g, d" n0 M3 F! M. hExperience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
