CSSA trip to Vancouver and Victoria in the Spring (April 27 - May 2)

The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
7 B4 L( d9 X  @$ P1 m- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
7 B6 Y5 H% @, }& \% d9 }+ Y! v/ ]- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
1 H' ]  t/ m1 Y/ e7 B$ s

( d) P* }3 h* k0 ^- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
2 Q) F3 z( n; k5 @! M- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
