You can try Dr. T. Chiam, Dr. J. Jeh and Dr. S. Tao. They can speak both English and Mandarin.
You can get their clinic phone number in the Yellow Page on Physician section. Good luck!

打capital health的电话 408-5465。

就可以找到。
