I thought it means I'm sorry to hear that, but the respones is : it's not your fault,3 N5 r# i5 N& P* L+ U

很显然:sorry about that 的意思绝非:听到这消息很遗憾或很抱歉,而且"很对不起",因此人家会说:这不是你的错. 0 Q: r3 C6 F9 b: Q2 M7 m; u( A# q: ^: P: S2 W
这也就是我发贴的问题.
"I am sorry" or "Sorry about that" is the simplified usage of "I am sorry to hear that". Although the respones is " It's not your fault," IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!
