请问：ＰＮＰ如果通过，certificate寄给老板还是申请人

first, upon approving your employer, they will mail a letter to your employer only.

Once the candidate(you) is approved ,they will mail the package to you, and cc the letter to your employer.

if rejected, will mail you a letter and again cc to your employer.
