o Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program" q- O% I& V: Y$ s# G& `0 d j
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program
+ z) w/ X1 a! _- M/ ko Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
# B& H, C, L1 X$ M& I- |) t9 n Q* ko Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program Y9 u- s- X* w6 P
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
* ^5 X% @% P" S6 k" io Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising* e h- ]7 r% V9 v* ?, N7 W' N5 x
o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model3 ~2 e6 d; Q% j2 w* l
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre1 v& T( R5 z+ Z# I* `! Q1 E
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues. X$ m6 \* Z$ j: }7 ^( C9 j; [
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas

Qualifications
1 A6 \) E, B; G5 A! X5 `$ R* `5 Qo Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
$ Z7 ^# Y2 M; e/ a }7 Uo Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset4 u s, P. b# g$ x. N: I+ m
o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
2 g/ T$ L8 ^0 |o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n# g0 E; D3 ~! {o Willingness to learn

o Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
