Enhanced Respite Program

The YWCA Edmonton Family Services program is
+ o: U( e; E: P7 trecruiting for community support workers in the
8 l! {5 H8 \! \: s% {4 rCoordinated Enhanced Respite program at a variety of
* _' s# ^& Q+ y5 t& {' i: | wlocations in the city.
! t* Y* Y1 X: d- S& O/ G" }Staff would provide respite care to parents or primary3 g4 T r* o: T d/ c/ ~9 S, S+ g
care givers of children with moderate to severe physical
% O, S5 O. |* u+ b8 [or cognitive developmental disabilities for shifts of three
: b O$ j( g7 x+ e! E9 k(3) or more hours per day worked. During the school: z) k" U0 W% Z9 x( i
year, as the children are in school during the day, the" I: J" Y( p7 S) z9 g* `
bulk of the hours available will be late afternoons and7 v% R4 l* H9 t3 ~, D {; x
evenings or on weekends.
