This project is centered around the existing film entitled Karibuni, a documentary of the Franco-African immigrant experience in western Canada. An English sub-titled version of the film will be ready by Sept. 1. ! i: k3 l# V$ M# c% a5 i' @
5 U8 q( s4 K" ]1 BKey Tasks: The coordinator will work with our professional development expert and a French-speaking consultant, to develop and deliver educational sessions in English based on the film, to appropriate groups across the country. 2 P9 f, c; W! f$ z# H7 ~: s4 E, p/ d
3 M' _3 l3 q6 h, t5 M2 hThis will involve finding appropriate groups for presentations & making travel arrangements. During the project a user-manual for the video will be created, designed, and printed. Position will involve extensive travel across Canada.4 [0 e6 A# f2 a, C U7 o, ]
