I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. It's nothing about ActiveX technology. There is nothing that is bulletproof. 0 ~9 b% ~# K( ?" C4 L- U + H# I+ l0 I+ k, ESo just choose based on your own needs.
For whatever reason, Firefox should be safer, I am not saying faster though. But spyware/adware can make your computor very slow. Check you folder:: D" v7 }' T8 N

All of them are just cookies. If you do not like the activeX, in XP, you can just disable it in the IE configuration. & ~6 z% \% T9 ^8 E B 7 N9 g* @3 b7 ?I am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
