本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
$ V& j7 n3 H, T1 B5 }! l" {- j有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

. i( M* {0 B+ H+ L, g0 U7 M请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？
