Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

- R' A7 l4 y( F: v+ V5 {% Q& S7 ?2 pEDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
$ p1 O& g1 u. d/ ~. g/ `! NPolice said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.% f* A0 g J% o: k& g/ A$ O
Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.: Y0 I! v' ~- T1 q% O
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
