General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.( C- @' _& v9 x2 q' N
- A5 `# O. r( j( WAccounting and Admin:
- |& R% f m; g" ~+ M1 j/ X+ to Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.( d" N3 f3 O# D6 M, ~) c8 [
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing., I3 e4 X. w" S5 I; W/ J, h0 S
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.+ c' ~4 G! R8 e# B% q9 H
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
! _0 e3 q8 I- J, no Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.1 H. q7 _" u0 f6 ^- V9 ^
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
8 u4 m( r, |. V# U& ro Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
4 p# Y$ [( r- I$ Vo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.' d6 B x9 C3 ?/ H/ O
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.4 i) Y4 F+ M- }0 \. q9 T G
Operational:# f* H C6 s8 ^5 ?- t4 |3 a$ C+ f1 i
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
/ ]7 o, u) d( T2 Bo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
, b4 v1 L" s% c* Z. \4 e+ m$ ^o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
) {! ?; g& F( n2 o0 }( ho Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.9 ]5 p1 }+ D* F) \% E0 w
Clerical:
' R! K8 F! f' w2 D3 `o Telephone and reception.; J2 U6 {5 f! d3 ]+ v2 T7 O, x" e
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
: ~! P. p! i2 i ^1 Vo Hotel and travel bookings.; C' o( H9 r! d$ a; N& n- m
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
# e) r5 Z; u. h) R' a! u( w1 Yo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

9 c5 U9 ~- f$ m; j3 \o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.- j7 q! G( f! Z4 ]; w4 T
o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Proven ability to show initiative.
