Major Responsibilities:

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.. ], T. _" N3 u! l0 R5 ~' M
& W4 W" m" P3 \5 N, \/ M6 \Accounting and Admin:* X4 z( R/ h/ h: e
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
/ r! C8 L% Z: W9 m* io Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.9 Q' k, X9 E/ _2 z4 Y5 J8 w
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.. `/ c8 V( o0 E
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
# F) B# Q- j( U. q" O. c. m! W1 No Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
u7 ]) Q% Z$ u# Q9 t6 U ^0 qo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
. Z' ^8 \& U6 r' N. B; Z4 ~, t3 `o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
6 r v. J! H5 ]$ t5 co Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
% p4 h/ C1 Z9 u3 [; I% w; bo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.+ E7 N/ E0 K3 W: ]2 s9 \; O
Operational:' O V, s% ~: i" j
o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
: x5 y4 P7 ?* {$ Ko Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).' f) o) }+ H6 q3 G: H5 V
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
6 u0 i0 {2 \+ h4 `8 Wo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
; E) X5 x" G: \+ f; kClerical:1 a1 S% E. t+ t! L0 L4 _& {8 ~% Z$ _
o Telephone and reception., I% u i5 j/ \- t7 ^- [8 L
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
7 A& `$ B! \& h+ x1 I% \" j, [, ~; q# Co Hotel and travel bookings.2 v, N2 K8 t" C) o4 G" A, y) I
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.; R1 V: h1 s$ V1 R. ^6 h
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required." G& X# F2 v5 _) C. R2 X# }

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
