•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
% z1 X+ B! O: s# I•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
1 w' ]  z+ m8 `$ G" P& f! z•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.

•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
! ]1 @; ^& m  n7 p& A•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.
7 M- O: U/ p* P- I9 Q2 U•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.- Q) }# ~9 X3 B# V- g3 f; a9 h0 L
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.8 Q# W; u: ^( Z: S3 {
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required. 3 J* q) S& m  J) f
•        Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. 1 D- f0 a" c, j1 N( ~0 c: k
•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
  o7 y( h0 z4 x$ j6 q•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
