Position Title: Junior New Equipment Sales Consultant x 2

Major Responsibilities:
- p! Z8 l, H3 h" O, c• Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes). This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
& @* `, W2 J3 i2 K! x• Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.! K. Z7 g( `' o) l, Y+ p6 J& ~
• Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations. This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements. * \4 [# N1 P/ ]2 F, I
• Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required. This maybe in the field or in the office.
( g5 e( c7 {' C• Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.
8 F' o, a- w$ U• Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.
2 J( |( ?# S$ S& P3 c• Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.
/ f0 N% r; I" J% y6 v0 M• Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.! J0 u7 c i% n9 o
• Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.( q- ?* l E5 G
• Participate in development of sales and marketing strategy and long range planning.
* P# B4 I" G! j7 [9 O• Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc. Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.
3 D1 V" e! ^0 W p5 O s% L• Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services. Recommend changes.
2 U& l9 i4 G' D, c( f4 n• Actively participate as member of sales team. Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.9 P9 V# k( {- u

Qualifications:
7 O: }- T$ v0 z+ b" \• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is encouraged but not required.
- k2 F/ v4 ?7 M1 N1 O {2 L• Industrial equipment and crane sales related courses/training an asset. & j: {( y, t2 W8 H$ X& L/ H
• 1-2 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
0 B* A9 x9 V. F) N% b$ o. x' a• Mechanical/electrical aptitude. : U" @0 x& l# _* c L7 T
• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications is essential$ S% N) ~. u, W6 h
• Not scared of heights
7 G8 z/ w( N* S( k& O C• Physically capable of climbing on cranes/ladders/manlifts/other
) N, p, L: F0 T0 Z• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
