We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:3 w. i1 ~+ c: B
• Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
8 M) C4 W# ~7 T+ w" r• Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming., ?7 P9 k0 [$ ?1 Q, _$ s. }) ^
• Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
( Z; Y6 u9 X+ F9 A1 H( g( E/ Q, s- G• Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process." I9 Z) k- n6 d, v" A7 @+ C5 f/ g

Requirements:
6 {0 h5 l# G# W; P- |• Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
2 m( Y3 a7 d O/ |7 E/ E; \( ]• Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
5 g' E# Z5 m4 X& X2 V• Degree in the area of human services;- `6 n6 d& T( ]3 \% r
• Able to travel extensively ;
3 _% u) K5 l: ]9 _! j• Able to work in a team as well as independently;% z4 d, J: T( g5 w, D
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
( [2 g% [+ z" r$ C6 ]• Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;3 s( i& g! {( [: o' _& l5 i5 E4 L
• Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
