We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  
2 ^5 W' E, M+ }4 f, {8 l) a( z
Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
6 w+ x( R1 f7 b+ t& q4 o" _4 D•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

! N' {: e9 I" @Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
) U( x8 v+ x+ f/ Z4 c•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
) C) q2 l5 Y, B; `•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
