We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
0 ^# o0 X$ J3 I. @  L9 H6 F•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
- M. E7 a/ s* C% K. A$ J/ W9 |  x•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
6 N6 ~+ ~7 u4 Q: p; G•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
0 u* D7 y: {. G4 c7 [% }•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

. \: r2 \7 e& G- uRequirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
$ w: y6 E' a  J. {+ M•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
