% q. I  R, f4 U7 t3 L0 T# Q$ ?. \ We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

2 L3 b7 H/ t& c5 Y* W7 _& eDuties:
1 s. Y( T3 `" f# N5 k5 f•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
4 f" A$ m3 s$ j% o- D•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
: }/ C# x' t" _, K8 ~•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

/ J0 ^( j4 x, U: O$ L# e+ C) {, ERequirements:
! K% o( Z' M1 W. Y6 K7 f3 O" A•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
+ g4 o* J# U; o3 h+ u. w8 [! B/ K•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
5 H5 Q6 ~7 O( H: p* l) J" G•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
1 T6 k# Z/ H% V5 D* S/ K7 a9 ]- Z•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
4 a5 I% ^( V$ h8 H8 I•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
