Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience

·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

, }0 m# ^# ~, S, e$ G·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

: |9 n6 h" V  ^·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
& G6 y+ g+ q  D. F+ FFrom $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
