DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports. , o: }# a; X1 A: b9 f' z5 Y! w) X% Y

Key Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent. 5 O3 c; b1 t( m; B
' P2 [( p0 P! X! W& A(a) Case Manager in DECSA's Job Placement Program, you will support clients with documented disabilities on a one-to-one basis with job placement. The ideal candidate has a background working with people with disabilities & has the ability to actively market/place clients in the current local labour market. Position # 08-09-01.
