第二,我的个人经验,要想延长不粘锅的寿命,铲子非常重要!木头铲子其实还是会有划痕的,我现在用双立人牌的硅胶铲子($20),我的锅已经用了1年半了,但表面只有一些轻微的划痕,性能依旧很好。

Yes, I bought one 6 years ago, it is heavy. But now it is worse than normal stick pan, propably I do not know how to use it properly, and never did any shock treatment like the website says, now it has been sitting in my closet for months. . L0 t, |: Q- \8 i/ a" |+ q# X. G' t2 ~
