Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

' F6 g' h4 v* Y/ _7 PThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
( X4 Z4 ^0 b3 f' B5 DThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
: z3 A7 y3 i# t, v5 B; aThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
. T7 j) m4 k/ z% ?: k6 vCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
