What shall "亚省中国电工协会" do ?

"亚省中国电工协会" has established more than one month.  And people including many chinese electricians, non electricians, and sure, most of them so called " Fake Electricians" , are altogether busy arguing from one topic to another. A dumb person like me could not understand who is right, who is not. It seems both sides have enough reasons to support their ideas.

" t  N4 z% U* t+ s* j0 E- e9 N4 }Why we need to establish a "亚省中国电工协会" or What is the main goal or objective?
# Y, {2 R' o. I! P, q* v8 o3 {Shall "亚省中国电工协会" protect the right for "real"  Chinese electricians and re-gain the reputation from the public by supporting the government conducting reference check , or support all Chinses "electricians" from the current crisis against the government....?
