Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

6 K/ G# O7 {1 i9 F9 T- x( n; Y, [The price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

( X* E4 {0 a8 k1 h! H/ n! tI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

5 q. Z4 x$ h' h' S现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
