Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.

- x: @8 b7 H( ]* w5 uThe price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

; P4 o. M/ l1 GI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.

! ?- E- _9 N1 V  p: d" H6 Z现在看来,Builder想在1月或2月忽悠一下,如果能高一些卖出最好,卖不出再降回去年10月的价格,做个降价的姿态,就如同Boxing Day的"大减价"一样.
