Bedrock reduce the new home price

Just got a phone message from Bedrock in riverside.
" Q: S( u; M& ^' I' o! a
The price for the model I was interested in is reduced to 399,900 from 422,225.  It's close to 1700 + square ft.

2 C2 r2 F, L  F# qI won't buy it for now. Still wait and see. Builders have to reduce the price futher beacuse they have huge inventory.
