【求助】退机票问题

请问哪位有退过国航飞机票的经验，多长时间票款可以回到信用卡上，谢谢。

我是3月14号才退了，当时旅行社还收了几百的支票，说是大概一个月后和剩余的钱一起退回来。

Usually Air china will charge you 25% penalty based on Net fare. Usually it will take 3 or 4 weeks , then BSP will refund money to your credit card. Note: Please use credit card to buy airline tickets, because if you need refund, then airline BSP will refund money to your card directly; otherwise, if you buy cash or cheque to buy ticket, in case, you want to refund, maybe that travel agency will charge you more money for their service fee.

Before you buy ticket, pls ask agent about cancallation policy and change date policy.

& |& y0 r% G) U) K7 OOne case, a client bought a ticket, she did not ask our agent about cancallation and change date policy, and our agent also did not tell her about cancallation policy. After a month, she want to cancall this ticket, but this special fare ticket is NON-refundable. Then that client was very angry about that. She complained our agent did not tell her. Then I asked our agent. Our agent told me she did not ask .  Some people said our agent was wrong, because agent did not tell this ticket was NON-refundable. But some people said the client was wrong, because that client did not ask our agent.

谢谢你的回复。我当时是用信用卡买的票，退票时旅行社说不收我的退票费了，也不知道为啥还要交支票先扣掉了几百块呢？

退票必须通过你买票的旅游社做. 其他旅游社或航空公司帮不了你.

8 [6 h, E* Z0 k  I7 cSo, please select a good repuation travel agency. If you selected a "not good" travel agency 或你运气不好, 遇到个猾头的, 特别喜欢钱的agent, 你就会lost much money when you want to refund.

Tips: Before buy ticket, please ask agent . "If I cancal this ticket, how much money I have to pay for your service fee?" Another question is "航空公司要罚多少?"  Then you write down all these information on your E ticket. Of course, you need to write down your agent name. If that agent resign, that travel company also have to follow that rules, because the agent represent that travel company.  If you still have trouble, or want to complain that travel agency, please write a complain letter to BBB http://www.edmonton.bbb.org/
