哈哈, 看起来有争议了.....   我也是偶然在网上看到有人说 拿到了 file number 准备把多交的学费退回来,
  W6 t8 L/ f+ D* c7 ~" @( w) ` 所以我理解的是:
拿到了 file number, 去学校的regist office 说我正在办移民, 现在要上学,我不要交international difference fee.

# t0 e* W; I  S- G如果是真的最好, 我再confirm 一下, 说不定对大家有用, 不是也无所谓啦......

这个东西是学校说的算，严格上讲，有了FN不代表你移民成功，所以学校按照国际学生收费也是合理的

据我所知，如果只有FN，NAIT不给减学费

每个学校都不同，网上很多东西也没有什么参考价值，最方便的就是直接问学校
