Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
) Z" P4 ?8 l  e4 N7 l9 ?- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
2 K- h2 s/ m* ]$ Q- Post-secondary education preferred;
% |! ?) ?! t$ q& [- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

9 N* ^  J" X) x) rJob Duties:
! Y& U- Q: W2 z" A. {+ U- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
' d0 F, `% B8 X# o7 P- v8 Z5 a- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
( z0 O0 a; o+ N' Q. @, P  U- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
, S& w( N" o! T$ M0 F1 F- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
