3 p* M* V& ^3 k/ Y$ K3 _+ k-        Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program
       (ages 6 to 15)
-        Recruit children for summer programs
/ ^  M+ J5 k) X# [-        Recruit volunteers for summer programs
' g8 U! r4 }$ i' C$ O' @; Z2 M* U-        Record keeping
-        Provide orientation for parents
-        Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager

Qualifications:
1 D+ H$ L4 o0 C; C2 K5 F-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
. n/ U9 I& g9 N4 @$ m8 J4 H* _-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense
# K; U% ]5 q/ i  n5 C6 j
Other Information:
-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June(planning)   
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)

-        $15 per hour
