- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the % \; p5 q" m4 X. j {. D, F
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps+ j; h! j; p: N3 U: ~: b
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program7 [* ?( h9 H$ h
- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
- R& t# U5 H I, B6 s- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood 8 o% u9 D! `1 g" e, j
Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education) k N( Z) `- s$ N! W7 W
- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
: C% C* q; H+ c- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
. \5 Z/ k3 K( G7 f5 _- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities

- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities

- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)

- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
