- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports! Y) x. D6 o& d& _& E& n
- Recruit children for summer program) C1 r3 d% Q* @" {4 {1 X/ c
- Provide orientation for parents$ g/ h% [ e. k. A
- Find sponsors to enhance program! {/ {4 S) f) x1 t
- Supervise volunteer(s)- D; A7 }# G9 { R6 A, S: W
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:1 K5 l, V' l b5 X5 _) B5 T* k
8 k+ U2 J/ x1 j% u- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
# N# n1 N# n& u0 o2 D5 z$ v: W- good coordinating and interpersonal skills: \$ N# G* p% s# n
- communication skills
1 C2 P9 g. r6 s( N- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
/ G7 V( E6 X& }* y4 T ]% {- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
1 D! e2 L( P; Q6 t2 `4 F! B- good computer skills4 Y# ~% h. I$ A
- leadership abilities ^1 h8 Y$ V) Z" _& L# B
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
