( }" U# y7 W1 \, C' p- ^1 p9 lPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

5 m" N& O; B9 D# b) M* W4 O1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
  y9 Z: Z5 Z( c& u7 c% K2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
) C! H0 w0 F0 x5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

; P" F7 h# C) \- m0 u; iWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
