The remains of a man reported missing in early March were found in a wooded area near a golf course in the city's northwest yesterday afternoon.

7 I. F: O; O) v6 G- pPolice said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.

2 u; n9 s; ~$ v- XStauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6.- |6 T$ E9 v7 `$ c3 j) `- U+ B
