CSSA Spring Trip to Jasper on May 21, 22, and 23.

CSSA will organize a Spring Trip to Jasper from May 21 to 23, 2005.
3 A( {& z, {6 c) @Activities include sight viewing, canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge, and
hot
spring at Miette Hot Springs.
; s* z" t% D* m% NWe will go to Jasper by mini-van rented by CSSA and driven by CSSA

+ H+ q! Q( e& e3 X7 b/ z9 I/ W5 AWe'll stay there for two nights. Accommodations are arranged by CSSA.

Day One
-        Ride to Jasper by mini-van.(7 people per minivan)
9 D' a2 M9 M0 t-        Canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge.($35 per canoe per hour and $25 per
( M8 r% `4 l' t4 bhalf
hour)(Each canoe can hold 3 people at most.)
-        Hot spring in Jasper for the evening.(Usually hot spring costs about
$6 per
person. So it's not that expensive. And after knowing how many people

I can work on a group price for us. So sign up for this activity. If
you are
not going, you could also have a little visit in Jasper town while
other
people go to the hot spring.)
-        Stays the night in Jasper.

$35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12years old)). If you haven't done

before, I strongly recommend you to do so.

that you
could visit the town by yourself, or go to the bar and have a drink or

Day Three
. Q" ~  M3 `8 o2 a-        Sight-viewing in Jasper continues.
-        Ride home in the early afternoon since we need to return the rented
van on
+ V" u$ b' h1 otime.

Things to Bring:
-        Travel needs.
4 t- A& Z5 `- X5 R; d5 O-        Swim suit if you want to do Hot Spring.
-       Sun glasses and sun screen to protect your eyes and skin.
- [; V; {6 m% U: t: m: l4 B-       Camera. It's beautiful in the mountain in the spring.
-       Bring some warm clothes since it's still cool in the mountain
in the
  _* @6 Z) v' _- r( V$ Q8 ^: D0 ^8 rlate May. And we also will go to the Columbia Ice Field so warm clothes
and
: n8 f* o" o, J1 b3 Ashoes are definitely needed.
-       Wear comfort shoes cause we'll do lots of walking and of course
drving.(But you won't need to worry about the driving).
-       We won't take care of the food for you, but we'll stop at
/ Z( n( g8 n: V$ X  Bplaces where
7 g& G3 Q! ^; h) P, n8 q' ^3 l* ethere are food at lunch or dinner hour, so you could have something to
eat.
Feel free to bring your own food. (Like instant noodles.) (There is an
* P' p3 C8 H$ u- O# [IGA in
Jasper, so you could always buy food there if you need.)

the hot-spring, the canoeing, and the maligne Boat Cruises).
Hot Spring ticket was about $6 in total according to last year's price.
/ `' c; Z/ M- ]2 E* y* PCanoeing is $35 per canoe per hour, $25 per half an hour.
# L8 h" w# u, uMaligne Boat Cruises are $35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12 years

When we come back from the trip, according to the expenses we'll return
the
