There are some controvercial issues about this, the bottom line is: Dose bilingual have any impact to current canadian education system. Personally, I do not think 1+1 is better than 1, because of inter-effectiveness. The most obvious is the this bilingual school will become less Canadian as most of the students will be not Canadian rooted people. That school will be dominated by a minority people, how do you think that if the best canadian teachers will like to work here. # W. o8 {% v1 H3 N9 s' t4 z/ Z ! k4 Y8 X+ O. e+ G5 EYou will see at least two impacts: 1 your kids will not be living with local people, and less local indeed. 2.
