T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。

R ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
$ t# w; ?5 u+ L" R6 s5 _" P! o9 BAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time

注意 Note： l0 ]7 L$ o/ R
另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
* _1 p3 V( \5 r! T2 l, y" aOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.3 X, k" `% l; t4 h8 q6 u
' X, O, W, G7 H+ Y8 v上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
. T9 D" H" n& F& jAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
