Key Responsibilities:
/ g' C1 x6 u" X) _7 m To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
1 W" \  Z9 g% J; U To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
- h1 d! P$ O% R( S$ k( [% {8 l To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
" m& l# X8 z5 V# c To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
: u6 `" t( R9 j8 N* s To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

) U( p3 V" B) l. m5 @4 l- zQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ t6 [' v, z- V- H Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
, L; P/ B) W3 [3 O1 L2 | Current CPR and First Aid certifications
6 t" [+ O  r4 ^ Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
+ a6 B" X: M# n- ~( L4 w% N; _, B, m- [
