3 w1 R+ Y* ^7 l0 u. vKey Responsibilities:
1 G4 c, c- L, k* b, k0 i" e To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
5 {$ N+ e' `$ b; ~' o To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
6 P0 Q) C: t. i7 l' v: \3 r To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
' J  D3 U" d+ x' s" M To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

% A5 j: G8 L: z3 b  {. R" h  ?Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
& |- `6 o: b& L: V3 g 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ ~6 j8 P$ D( I2 R1 Y. p Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
