Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
8 c2 G; N) L" ]1 P& h To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
" v: S& N$ \) T% V. b; B, r To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
% l. D) i$ U, r) |0 w7 S To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
5 R2 L- o0 \( m$ {& C$ b Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
7 o2 b+ V. |, H, F& Z! @% j0 t Current CPR and First Aid certifications
8 n/ t: u8 }# f% i, ^3 t Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
