Key Responsibilities:
# r* B3 K! V0 T; ]" y5 t) v3 N To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
3 c) |# Z/ N; X% t To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
$ |, N" N' G& s$ A  K% B4 g To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
6 d; t" `2 _% r5 @4 p# x To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
% K  [' h) H8 v9 J1 F 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
