有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 ' r1 \, [+ h5 i5 M% r' ^ ! g3 X! e% y, w8 u t做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
