single house的占地lot很重要吗

请问大家一下house的占地面积影响很大吗？大家都很在乎这个吗？一直觉得房子的面积很重要，没有考虑过院子的用途...

! `" @  `4 p; n比如说同样面积的house建在24和26 pocket的lot上会有直观的差别吗？如果没有别的用途的话，是不是就无所谓了呢。

如果24的比26 pocket的便宜几千块钱的话，考虑买哪个比较划算呢 谢谢回复啊！

24 的LOT 你不可以盖26宽的房子, 但26的LOT你可以盖24宽的房子.

买房之根本就在于“LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION"
( s2 j1 `1 ?  x0 K7 o自然是地重要了。房子是可以推到重来的。所以有人买老区的旧房子就是为了地点

A house of wider frontage is more valuable and looks a lot nicer. Also, one should consider the yard as an outdoor room even being a gardener is not your intention. When you look out of the window, you will experience a feeling of SPACE so in deed you visually and spiritually utilize the bigger yard area, and what is more, you have more privacy from your neighbors; air circulation around your house is better.

区别很大。26的可以勉强造连屋双车库，24的基本就不行了。

有影响啊。以后拔倒重建的时候就会再度影响。好比现在老区windsor park，belgravia 等地区，你要打算重建就要考虑这个问题。

4 [! g' H2 T' u& `! q; m/ w, F4 L/ D当然，这不是个重大考虑，但价格也差的不多。所以最后还是一分价钱一分货。

恩~再次感谢！是新区的房子，所以不考虑重建的问题。
如果lot长度相同的话，据说24只比26宽度窄不到一米 是吗？
还有24的lot可以建detach的双车库吗？
