Working with hardware and software vendor support personnel to efficiently resolve any issues with systems being maintained. - o; _" z' i; m1 m
Ensuring all backups meet audit and SLA requirements. Archiving and recall backup reports for auditing purposes.

"MUST HAVE" SKILLS:
