Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

. n' H. ~" @. q( J0 J' l1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

* j/ V5 ?5 S. h. k% k8 z1 r  wKey Responsibilities Include:

) G: s! t/ F- S+ G' L9 JActivity Planning and Daily Activity
•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
4 S7 b- s3 A- K$ ?' N•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code
% n( V8 _/ Q# p! X
4 s- t8 z* a1 k. I( y7 S" `  m* oThe successful candidate will have:
  l: e. g" L' I; a& M
8 h' L! P3 ^8 V& i1 w•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
•        Experience with children
5 @) W: A& a- ~" J& ?; [•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
