+ j' B" R; X  l! m7 ^A cover letter works as a very brief introduction of yourself to the potential emplyer, it does show your attitude towards the job and potential emplyer. Keep it short, attractive and interesting reading in a polite manner.

' D8 m. U1 g, K! ^8 eGenerally, the potential emplyer (or the human resources manager) has only 15-30 seconds to read it.
