A cover letter works as a very brief introduction of yourself to the potential emplyer, it does show your attitude towards the job and potential emplyer. Keep it short, attractive and interesting reading in a polite manner.

4 s3 ~+ S1 z' Y1 U3 ~Generally, the potential emplyer (or the human resources manager) has only 15-30 seconds to read it.
