On Tuesday June 16, 2009, we will be increasing the 5-Yr Extreme Discount fixed interest rate from 3.5% to 3.9%.

There will be no rate holds or exceptions on these promotional rates.

New Mortgage Applications
/ W4 E& s# w2 S8 H8 H- OPromotional rate applies to all NEW applications funding within 90 days up to Oct 1st. New builder’s draw mortgages do NOT qualify for these promotional rates.

想问一下，先前已经填了credit application的，Possession date只要是在10月1号之前就可以拿到3.5%的这个promotion还有效吗？谢谢

你的credit在今天之前被查了，10月1日之前买房就可以拿3.5%. 只填了表的话，就不好说。
