最好还是像城外高速路旁边的农场那样，自己种菜自己养牛，保证百分百的有机，看来还是农民最幸福了。

谢谢LZ和大家讨论这个话题，以前我都没太重视，现在想想我身边一些朋友的孩子，就象发育过早，虽然高，可也太胖，应该和饮食很大关系。过去鸡蛋一直买organic，就觉得好吃些而已，现在我要把牛奶和肉全换成organic。水果和蔬菜也看情况买了。
