9 }) g0 Z* a# x8 R, J! a" D3 o$ `We are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
. |6 q9 y" N* r8 |2 r+ C• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
, g; W3 M- }+ n! R* b3 Q• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
- I3 ^% [% n& K% v/ T• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
0 d$ R5 ^* d3 l3 y+ @. X" p• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
0 [2 P7 `& x; S: P2 ?+ d- {• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
- C$ y* C/ d& n; \• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
& L$ X# ?/ @( Z0 f- k9 P1 @• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;
• Assist with Contractor management and supervision as required.

2 T& ~! C+ E) |2 \- v• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
. A& A8 m; z1 l" |% _• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;

# i  C: A3 B1 J% J' o4 [• Strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
