• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
2 x/ h6 q! G) G1 S$ U• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. : j/ F$ t7 Y6 x
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.- k' h% {6 W; B: \: N' F, U
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. % A& G3 a3 O2 i8 g( ^' k' K z
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
3 P, p( q: G; f& G1 S9 d) W: M• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.8 T) m' e, k0 c9 W
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.0 P, ?& t; A, f9 o) Y

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for2 q- h( ?) r; C& ], P9 w

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
& _3 C @8 s5 G5 ?1 [- u+ R9 w: h• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
' r1 S8 o) y3 }% O8 _* p7 U• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.# Y& y2 ~4 f) \9 a( ^6 ?
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.1 b" q3 K. i( w
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.+ ~( w: R; S% }2 x
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner 6 R# r9 V. o$ c/ Z0 n2 h
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). ; q+ H/ v4 {- f: \) K* }9 f
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

( s4 S8 o( ~* L* y5 {9 b• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.5 o$ L# [$ a, j4 S
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Grade 12 / GED. - E. G5 i) D+ e& l
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.

• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. & s D0 |- M" a6 F% L9 g
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. , F! F( e' Q- f. l# D
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
% ~3 {' D6 |. s2 u' O) N• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
