• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
$ G% I. [' M3 m% b! |• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. 2 [% [+ D, a1 ]
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
6 T% d6 M9 Q3 C' ]1 K; y• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
+ P/ ?! U* f( ~! p9 y" d• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
# d+ h; t6 I& x- }• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. - U1 E: d( Z( H: f& O' r
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
& g0 {7 @" {' F" U/ N' q; }! H• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules., Q, E, R* f7 p! y
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.- K0 x1 P( L4 L; G% ?
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
! T8 a2 ^: v% c) B• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
, o0 f9 g/ e' Q! D: e! @• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP./ a9 I2 i1 Y8 W, ]9 ?
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
% N# I. O8 S% H7 f; wresolution.! n* ^) Q" t9 o8 u3 v
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.7 v5 t; ~2 R' t1 Z
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
* b! K) f, u# A4 G• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.% n5 N! H- x9 g' C' U
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
9 }$ k2 T$ {! _7 ^- I• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
& H. u7 k: M' u. r8 Q• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner ' ?: w5 U$ C7 h0 n7 I
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
# f. h8 U' d' ?" `$ ?$ _& E• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
% j4 n9 O2 ^8 G& P2 s2 p4 D• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
# y2 N( Y& s) i& ?• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
8 ~4 W! @: o( }2 Y" f• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
9 _0 s* R* J! h8 S Y• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions. + N" W/ O% \3 E& m- e
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience4 F0 e# L- e; K( c- k6 V
• Grade 12 / GED. 1 R$ H8 o; c/ l; {2 i: @4 L+ f
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
+ n9 P) Z% E- ]% b/ S3 L8 e• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. ! [$ g* ?, {% M; V7 V8 ~
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
! \1 X7 t. S- {' ?) x6 R/ n u9 a• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ; Z9 ]; O0 @6 e' A/ S' }
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
/ W6 A4 ~" I' {8 x" C* n5 Y• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
