Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
5 S4 |& e( I; Q: j4 vSell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
$ R( t# e' Y4 lMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
6 F; J7 N% c2 D# r- YPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

        Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
