" Z5 \  U, L: x7 s% Y/ ~) ?/ ~We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

6 c% ^' N5 I. M# P- BEducational requirement:  
. h& H4 S( w3 b3 d, P/ L/ n        University Degree, or
3 j. G# K/ [6 b' G0 c4 Z        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
! u' t& o$ Q, m/ R2 v        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
$ b) j/ Q* }+ l; t$ N        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( l: ~; k7 Y$ F" X        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
4 q  ?* x( J; i9 ~# P        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
9 H. V* n3 K0 M( p6 R# @8 `        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
