8 q8 h& a3 x5 Y  {. FWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
. W2 ^$ V) F" c3 N% l& @        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.
; ]. z+ z; P4 T
Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
( X, e  Q9 l/ y  k. R  d1 n        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
* ]# z# s( w% h, z* {) L        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
