; `* E/ b- y* D0 O% i$ I, ?We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
) n/ G1 T& w. w3 u/ N2 h        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
0 _! Z# r# A% d, y& z3 O. s        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

2 ]% f2 G( x- p" WOther requirements:
1 @0 P& {9 _8 S0 C5 X  I, c        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
$ p2 {/ T) F% G+ P        Procurement and service contract management;
3 y5 t5 j( x2 D& _        General building management;
% f, O) E' z( W* ~        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
/ v5 x- m) M* f        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
