2 [" P$ c  A+ x% \* \# sEducational requirement:  
! {! v. a1 P) c. n) V8 |! r        University Degree, or
" z2 ]0 D2 }2 u. B: q& _% r8 @$ t        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
! J  w( \+ g/ }5 d& b        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
" h4 T) M, y) i! |/ [3 G# h+ I- D        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
" k7 k1 S0 t* `2 W) I$ R  C        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
  j" s, i% C" m* Y        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
