We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
. Z6 U/ z4 X7 _, n        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
) v) Y) L8 M( f0 `        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

; h8 k- h5 D+ _! DOther requirements:
0 z2 r% v" A6 I7 S1 s        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
