We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

        University Degree, or
( r+ G' p( g$ w! q        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
6 {8 S+ j5 E/ C* ~        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
' R8 A! |% I- W/ X" N0 V5 B        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
# X: F: O( A  B        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
* Q8 v) R8 s. M4 s5 z9 C        Procurement and service contract management;
# f% j) t! Z  h. R; ^        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
  q7 v. S% {$ O        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
