# m/ n* K5 v! A6 b+ X; \We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations 1 w2 h- T3 w& y9 U. Z+ @1 `: x
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
+ @: k$ |# e- B# _1 b1 q• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 8 x" x: B& ]8 N
• Promoting TBL products and services 1 `& R% u; a- t5 ]. A- P
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
; Y, I) d- k$ Q2 z• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables : H! A% o( ]5 y- g' N0 @
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
9 k+ P# N: l8 c6 g/ m$ E2 s• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
% X4 w, Z2 L% H& W# x• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program ) G% e5 v) X& `5 X! m
• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience

# ~0 m f7 L0 `• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
0 }) n3 @% ]: O, w( }' s- L• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
2 D7 u/ [3 U8 H9 z, n* P• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
