We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.; D5 I/ y1 p' W1 s) ^& M2 |5 |

Position Summary

7 w- K" Q% v' p7 e& _0 R, s• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
# v9 A. w* [2 l3 n0 L, V• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings - N0 u: k% J1 R
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach - p* v0 D) z! g. P7 |' S' Y
• Promoting TBL products and services - H% Z W0 R- | H
• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
9 R% _ {' B9 \( ~, G• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
7 @9 [3 K, l' r" g% t. N• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
. a3 V) e2 B8 a, R/ H* S• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry- {' g: i: B. O" ^. o2 T
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
6 I7 E6 D% d! @, N O• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
+ X& R. Y9 R3 p( O7 R) Q• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
