The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources./ h! v0 H3 z9 W8 {8 w

8 X8 _6 D  G: w- `: C- D" uWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.4 O9 Z& B( n) y- y" \" {. V( I

" Q9 K4 r9 I0 R$ \+ @0 ]/ \
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations ! X, L# F! r; N5 G- s
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings # q* z, l' r# N4 B7 W
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
* T) R* N# {! g•        Promoting TBL products and services
, T9 F! c9 e; J6 A3 _7 F2 m•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance ) k% d% @$ A; n) u1 ~( r) M
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables $ N" g6 r- G" D8 w+ O# H
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta # h  {% w: z: M
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
" c6 q5 z, q1 F0 U' b$ o•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program + d8 `! T$ F' U9 ~% x' {, X; S( h0 @
•        Arranging catering for various meetings ( p2 l% q2 z6 N" R7 y
•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
' R0 n. D0 p! J8 g6 j1 Z3 y0 T- ?& C•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience
8 y7 ^) B8 [( Q. J0 w% O
9 B$ K- U" Y  w# [# Z! y•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience , M4 j4 |3 u- }# N6 r
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
3 U5 Z/ o9 N0 I5 ^6 [8 a# h•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
$ f+ X+ P7 k: e2 c* R# C+ B5 K( Y1 I
Skills, Z3 Y& s# X, v( b9 d* r

6 T7 f$ a& c+ v        Strong work ethic( u% `/ s6 g3 L8 Q2 R
        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter; n1 N! v: j8 L' J; u# R
        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook7 u# `! H) n$ F3 i; m
        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions0 e* f  }7 I# k8 g" P
        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
) G7 m+ I5 O. Q( a! r# O7 y  c) q        Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities1 f- c7 l" ?8 [2 g( `
        Continuous learning is essential to perform job effectively
